Gegenstand der Studie ist das 3. Gerichtsbuch von Dresden. Die überlieferten Gerichtsbücher von Dresden wurden bisher weder erschlossen noch bearbeitet. Zunächst wird das Gerichtsbuch in den Überlieferungskontext eingeordnet. Im Anschluss daran erfolgt eine Rekonstruktion des Handels vor Gericht an der Wende vom 15. zum 16. Jahrhundert. Die überlieferten Protokolle werden textlinguistisch und syntaktisch interpretiert. Die Untersuchungsergebnisse werden mit anderen Studien in Beziehung gesetzt.

The object of the study is the 3rd court record of the city of Dresden. This book has not been edited and also not been analyzed. In a first step, the court record is placed into the context of its tradition. A reconstruction of the negotiations before court at the turn of the 15th and 16th century is carried out in the next step. The text of the book will be analyzed regarding text structure and syntax. The investigation results will eventually be correlated with other studies.
